Brian Grigsby is an experienced business leader, entrepreneur, and investor with more than 20 years of business experience, most recently serving as General Partner with Raven Venture Partners and Venio Capital Partners. Mr. Grigsby is a serial entrepreneur and founder of multiple startups including Global Knowledge Services (GKS), a data analytics company which sold to Applied Materials in 2001. For the past decade Mr. Grigsby focused on early stage equity financing of software, ecommerce, networking, and digital entertainment related businesses.
Rapport Investments: Neal Rapoport
In 2004 Neal founded DealTaker.com, and sold it in 2008. Since then, he has invested in several companies in Austin, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York & Silicon Valley. Neal is a mentor/investor in the Tech Wildcatters seed accelerator program, and various Angel Investor groups. Neal currently runs Company Factory, his latest startup created to grow his websites in the social media space
Eric Simone: CEO Clearblade
Eric Simone is currently the CEO/Founder of ClearBlade (www.clearblade.com), a services company focused on Mainframe to Mobile technology. Prior to ClearBlade he founded Compete, Inc. in 1994 along with two other IBM colleagues. Compete was sold to Perficient, Inc. (PRFT NASDAQ) for $63MM in May 2000. Mr. Simone served as a Director of Perficient for three years before founding Girl Next Door (www.girlnd.com) in Austin, TX with his wife Toni and then ClearBlade in 2007. Mr. Simone graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University in 1988.
